Our current president is intent on 'change,' on 'transforming' America. One of the ways he intends to do that is through a collection of "Czars" who have power to regulate and control everything from payrolls and automobile standards to science and technology. Here's a very quick little number celebrating the three dozen (and counting) Czars who currently answer only to President Obama:

Pretty "bizz-czar" parody you wrote! One of my fave OS's and perfect use of the song, especially when talking about czars taking control! Regulating 3 sets of 5's for this parody!
