The first part of this song refers to the Iran-Iraq war, and the scandal our government was involved in. The second part of this song refers to the rise of Osama in Afghanistan against the Soviets (partially due to the CIA's help), and it hints at our involvement in Iraq now. For the purpose of this song, Saddam is pronounced in the Texan way, which rhymes with "ham." Mujadeen is a common misspelling of mujihadeen, so I decided to throw that in near the end.
