You are correct with your introductory comment - this American has no cultural reference. Even so, you have created a vivid description of a segment of your society, and for that I give you high marks.

That's because the media only focus on the 'Chavs' from the south of the country. You really need to take a trip up to the North East Kristof, and then you'll see the side of Charvs that they don't show on TV, the side I write about ni my parody. It isn't an exageration or harsh. Charvs in the North East are dicks. it's a fact
You know what, Frank Zappa wrote and recorded a song called "Charva" circa 1964 or '5 that probably has nothing whatsoever to do with this song's subject. But anyway, sounds like 'skinhead' culture without the fascism, have I estimated it correctly? Pretty good song, even though I never heard about the trend. 545
Agrimorfee - No, it has nothing to do with this parody. Charvas are all kids/teens who go around thinking they're better than everyone else when all they're doing is making themselves look like prize idiots. If you've never encountered a charva (i'm presuming you're from the US), consider yourself lucky...
In America, we just call them "dumb ass kids". Er, no...let me take that back. :)

Personally, if I was a Chav, I would invite angry mobs to stab me. 5-5-5 (And you should see the North West Chavs - they're like locusts.)
