The Lyrics
India, with a population of 1.2 Billion people lacks toilets for 59% of its people! People urinate and defecate on the ground openly, in rivers, in running water open lines and let their animals urinate and defecate in the same rivers. These people drink urine to cure stomach problems, use it on skin to heal rashes, and women use it in their hair to make it shiny. They are filthy people who dislike bathing and cover themselves in perfumes and bright clothing to distract from poor hygiene. Forget the Indian women who don't shave!!!
In India they squat to pee
Sh-t in rivers they bathe in and drink
Use dried cow patties to start fires
Filthy people, unsanitary squatters

Women use urine on their crowns*
Stomach pain? Drink warm pee down!

You're not trying to throw a racially-charged generalisation on them, are you? Then again the country has earned something of a negative rep for email and internet spam as per recent statistics.
You should target the Indian scammers, the ones who would call you from the phone and claim that they're from Microsoft and that your computer has "wirus". Came across them several times, making you wonder how many people were dumb enough to fall for it.
Well, their sanitary habits do leave a lot to be desired, but remember there are people who are easily butthurt over things. Do the same with Filipinos and don't be surprised if an angry mob comes at you throwing ad hominems and other such nasty stuff. Max Power was right too, and that's what I was also aiming for. I've read about "Microsoft" cold-callers before who purport to offer remote tech support only to make things even worse. Spamming is also a major problem in India as some companies there would go even lower by hiring people to do black-hat SEO on forums, Facebook or whatever.
620 million Indians practice open defecation! That's twice the population of the US. There are many documentaries about this. I am basing my parody on that and have no ill-will against the Indian people at all. Many world agencies just want India to address this issue.
It doesn't really do anyone any real service. I don't doubt your sincerity or the validity of the parody, but you have written better stuff than this.
My parody is based on dirty habits in India. Habits that can be corrected. As someone pointed out in the comments section, someone already did a parody on "stinky Indians." Not the same thing. I got my inspiration from a PBS documentary I saw years ago about open defecation in India. Quite an eye-opener. And factual.
I would hate to have people throwing ad hominems against me. Especially dirty ones.
