The Lyrics

wow, it has been such a long time since I submitted a political parody. I put a lot of thourght into this one, so I hope you enjoy...Though I do hate jumping into the future in my parodies, unfortionatly I do it often in the political ones! PS: Smithson Island is a town in Arkansas
They met as soulmates
on Smithsons Island
they turned the country
into an asylum
and they got rich
they took in bribes
and they were so gun-ho
to wreck our lives

They took the white house
like tameless horses
and their co workers
became rotted corpses
and we learned fast
our choice aint right
the ballets came in and
Bush lost the fight

They set their homefront
in Chapaqua and
Bill read his play boy
she joined the Senate
we dug deep
we shot on site
and prayed to Jesus Christ
with all of our might

She took the senate
raised the taxes
Bill smoked the hash pipe
and liked the action
but it was dark
darker than night
and they took bribes for each other
and pardoned each other
and it tuned out that we were right

and now they will both go down together
And now they will both go down together

Remember Ron Brown
Remember Vincent
they knew too much
and were killed by Clinton
and they were wrong
and we were right
but in the end
we did win the fight

We held the results
in the palm of our hands
it was the night,
and the night felt like it lasted as long as

Eight years
in the oval office
with higher taxes
and laughed at often
they got rich
they took in bribes
they lost the election
end of infection
and then left us
just outta spite

And they did both go down together
and they did both go down together...
