One makes crumbs, enjoy-ing crackers
On top of satin pleats
Two make love, exchang-ing laughter
Crunching! between the sheets
Three A.M., It's time for slumber
A blissful gentle sleep
Four post beds, were made for lovers
But wait, did something creep?

In their dreams, they're still embracing
And tightly holding hands
And thier hearts, are both still racing
Just bursting with romance
In thier minds, they're still love making
But never wake to sleep
And the girl, afraid of spiders
Has yet to feel the creep

Yeah! the night has been so cozy
And the bed has lost it's crunch
On she sleeps, her cheeks so rosey
Through her breakfast and her lunch
But remember before dinner
Stuffed between her wi-ld oats
Feeds the creep, that with a leg's touch
She will wake and scream "a roach!"
