That wasn't so good. yes,the 1st 4 lines were great,thinking this was a song about eating too much. but then it got wrecked my the uncalled for gross unryhming lyrics,just got worse to the end
A couple of good ideas, but would benefit from a bit more thought, take line 5, something more like:
Just one push and I expel through my ring
...rhymes, has an internal rhyme and fits better with the original. And IMO, you shouldn't have changed from "Mama mia, here I go again", the original lyric but obviously means something way different in context. Or even change the title of the song to "Diarrhoea". So many options...

A little off, a little off...
Rhyming was way off
it doesnt ryhme but still it still is kinda funny
It want bad u should put some music with it so people could get into the rthym more
It is kind af funny some of the sentences ryhme some of them don't!
