LOL...I live near Sun City, Florida. Land of the virtual left turn signal.
Sounds like South Texas in the winter with all the snow birds driving twenty under the limit in the left lane. BTW - No shortage of the real Low Riders here either. We must rate 2nd in this department right behind Southern California.
I have a friend who drives EXACTLY like this. She's an elderly woman and claims that going way under the speed limit is so much safer than going over it! She adds, "I've never been in any accidents, either!" (but I thought, "You probably caused a lot of them!")
