This song started in a real life situation driving back from Truro with my daughter yesterday and I finished it off today........
Well I'm finding driving quite like a fright
There's evidence that things just aint right
I'm so scared in case I crash in my car
And I'm wonderin' how long I'll go far
Squirrels to the left of me
Badgers to the right, there they are
Squashed on the outside o' we two
Yes they're squashed on the outside o' we two
But I don't think there's much I can do
It's so hard drivin' in this rat race
Lose control, it's us squashed on our face
Squirrels to the left of me, badgers to the right
Oh and then a fox and pussy cat too.
Well I started out with a bike
And then I graduated to a van
And my friends all gave up walkin'
Got their own cars and said
Wheelies... Wheelies
Transport makes sense over all
But I can see for animals its not sense at all
It's not cool to leave "em dead on the floor
I don't really wanna do that anymore

Well I started out with a bike
