Parody Song Title:

"Teach, Call This Guy (The ballad of Ms. Tickle & The Adventurers Club)"

Parody Written by:

Mare Garrel

I wrote this on Rick Springfield's 60th birthday. The OS is his very first hit, and it was inspired by the short lived cartoon he starred in, called "Mission: Magic!"
Teach, call this guy 'cause things are goin' wrong
And you'll know you are getting us somewhere, somewhere
All the problems will vanish as you stare

Teach, call this guy cause things are crazy now
When it gets out of hand just tap the board, tap the board
Then lead them right through the magic door

And when you walk the path it's ever so divine
Lead by that turtleneck guy, isn't he so fine
Oh how that superhero seems to hypnotize
He cuts those problems down to size, so

Teach, call this guy whom we all want to steal
Man ya know, how I wanna hold him tight
Got that right
Oh girls please, don't get into a fight

We only had sixteen adventures, tell me why
And now that turtleneck lad, he is quite a guy
One hundred million girls still shouting "Hey, he's mine!"
That superhero oh so fine, hey

Teach, call this guy whom we all want to steal
Man ya know, how I wanna hold him tight
Got that right
Oh girls please, don't get into a fight

Teach, call this guy 'cause things are goin' wrong
And you'll know you are getting us somewhere, somewhere
All the problems will vanish as you stare
Yeah the problems will vanish as you stare
