Pink Floyd, Marilyn Manson, and Korn, did not all do it together. I presume that MM and Korn covered it at some point though.
The original should've had these lyrics.
After I posted this, I thought of some alternate lyrics for the "Good Bye Cruel World..." part. Good bye cruel turd, You're leavin me today, Good bye, good bye, good bye, Good bye all you people Who are runnin the other way B'cause I clogged the bowl Good bye I tried to resubmit these lyrics but it didn't work, oh well. By the way, Manson and KoRn did covers of the song.

In response to your first comment: I figured they did, but it wasn't in the seventies. Here's a tip: if you're parodying more than one version of TOS, and they came out in different decades, use 'misc.'
