The Lyrics

Britt Nicole (full name Brittany Nicole Waddell) is one of the reasons why CCM has degenerated in recent years. Along with Natalie Grant and a bastardized version of Avalon, she is a reason the genre has fallen from its great heights of the 1990s, when artists like Twila Paris, Point of Grace and Out of the Grey dominated the scene; these artists actually had (and, in Twila's and POG's cases, still have) talent. Alas, gone are the days of dc Talk, whose rapping and later rocking provided CCM with plenty of fuel, and other great artists. However, I hope to make a statement with this parody and see the revival of artistry and ministry in the genre.
Britt Nicole
Sings to annoy the Christian public as a whole.
She and I
Can't come to terms, which makes us both break down and cry.

Twila is done; POG's lineup is half gone.
OOTG never again will be; nobody has won.

Can't believe
That Britt would wreck the realm and make me grieve.
"Lost Get Found"
Plays far too much right here and there and up and down.

Didn't you hear that it grates on my ears
When they play her "Believe?"
There's too much pop, this crap surely must stop
And I am left to grieve.

(Instrumental solo)

Gone the days
When artists wrote their songs to God in greatest praise.
Now I'm out
Of options for what music pleasure's all about.

I don't want her 'cos she's a bad cur
And I've no options left.
For want of the art that comes on our part
I am bereft.
I would rather listen to Petra or White Heart or DeGarmo and Key when it comes to CCM.
