Obviously Im the only person who knows about the Mayor Of London then!
All I know about Livingstoned is that he wanted to dismantle the state of Israel, as if that was any of his business as Mayor of London.
Well, that makes two "Mayor of London" parodies today, then... though I'm surprised that your "dumb Mayor" is about the previous rather than the current incumbent. I didn't particularly like Ken, but Boris as mayor is truly scary. NB, he hasn't been knighted.

I guess some people probably don't know about the mayor of London because they're from elsewhere, such as the US (where I live)...but that shouldn't stop them from reading/commenting on this parody. The content is good, but the pacing seems a tad off in places. So I'm gonna vote 4-5-5.
