The Lyrics

continuing my \\\\\\\"the wall\\\\\\\" the way, i\\\\\\\'ll be inserting little bits of the movie in here as well, on certain songs. hopefully I can successfully parody such a great album...Well, anyway this is a scene \\\\\\\'flashing back\\\\\\\' to Floyd\\\\\\\'s childhood, where he is being dragged around the mall by his mom...
Momma loves the discounts
And all the shopping too
And the stores may look dull to you, babe
And the food court may too
But oooh, baby
Ooooh, it\\\\\\\'s true (that)...*
Oooh, babe...

...*If you should go shopping
(Be)Ware the high price of modern life
Dragging \\\\\\\'long side you the bags full of things
From a million bargains, yeah...
Don\\\\\\\'t be surprised when a rip in the bag
Spills out all of your things
You gather them all and hope nobody sees
With kids laughing behind you
As you curse the high price...
please be nice. this was a sorta hard one to parody...

please disregard this one. Its an early version i had written, and tried to submit, but i thought it hadnt worked. apparently it did, though. so please ignore this one. the other version of the High Price is the right one.
