Perhaps Barbara Walters is having third thoughts about making Rosie O'Donnell the centerpiece of The View (now that the ratings and notoriety of the show have returned to normal). Perhaps bringing Rosie back would restore the ratings and buzz. Perhaps, if she were me, she might say it this way.
