The Lyrics

For Sled Zeppelin, you guys have been SLACKING,well me too, but yeah
Look it’s snowin’, baby I’m not foolin
I’ll throw snowballs at you, you’ll be coolin’
It’s all outside, and ya need to do this
I’ll give ya this shovel
I’ll give ya this shovel.

Gotta whole lotta snow
Shovel alla the snow
Gonna have yellow snow
Make two men outta snow

Dog’s been peein’ baby, yeah he’s pissin’
Havin good times, baby, baby , I aint dissin
Wanna yellow snow cone?
Just kiddin, not that yellow

Gotta whole lotta snow
A whole lotta yellow
Shovel all yellow snow

(various mumblings and screechings, shoveling, snow falling with cool effects)

It’s all freezing; baby, we’re all bundled
Frosty is who now we’re buildin’
It’s all outside, got use all that snow
After shovelin’ every inch of that snow
Gonna melt in a day or so
No, all ice its gone!

Got a whole lotta snow
Had a whole lotta snow
Got some ice that’s yellow
Shoveled all of the snow

Tomorrow? Outside again
We got snow

Play and then shovel
Shove-led up your backdoor,man
Hey oh, hey oh
Ouch, ouch ouch ouch ouch ..
It’s a-snowin; baby
Make a snowman baby

To your above comment... I would have participated more, but I REALLY don't like Led Zeppelin so I wasn't really motivated to write anything until the artistry competition when I NEED to write something for Led Zeppelin. It was a good idea, but Led Zeppelin is not my cup of tea.

(SOTM) A bit on the silly side...too much talk about yellow snow...what about snow angels, stuck cars, igloos ? (:) j/k). But "shovel" as a sub for "love", meh, you really pushed your luck there.

SOTM - 'fraid I have to agree with Agri. Your rhymes didn't quite work. It was a good idea, but you needed more time on the execution. Better rhymes would have been "look it's snowin'/and the wind is blowin'/all of the kids are/snowball throwin'"

SOTM - People are to afraid of yellow snow, it might just be spilt beer...

SOTM - This ones gotta have Frank Zappa spinning with the mention of yellow snow. Good job.

The last time I saw an accumulation of snow was in January of 1985 even though I'd been many times way outside of South Texas over the years since 1985, I have never seen any accumulation since that time. As I recall it was an all time record - 16 inches in two snow events in three days. You can keep the snow - I don't miss it. As for the phenomenon of yellow snow, I feel it is much over-rated.

(SOTM) Last time I checked, there was more to snow than shovelling it and pissing in it. And I don't get snow. Better luck next time, Jack.

I snow exactly what you're talking about. Here we have lots of snow, and we've all been taught to "watch-out where the huskies go"...

(SOTM) hmm, not a great parody Jack, but the simplicity of the "whole lotta snow" sub amused me - 555

Not your best, Jack, but I could really hear Plant singing "I’ll give ya this shovel"

(SOTM) Not one of your strongest, Jack...a cute idea, but not quite the whole enchilada. Gotta love singing "whole lotta snow", though. 544

(SOTM) I thought it was alright Jack, and though it may not be over the top funny, you are getting better on pacing your parodies which is very important. Comedy is somewhat second nature to you, and I think you continue to put together a stronger package as you continue writing.

SOTM- As I write this comment, we're getting hit with a major snowstorm (ah, the thrill of being Canadian!), but this parody really warmed me up. Good job, Jack.
