The Lyrics

My ode to the Coors Light ad campaign. I'm actually working at a Coors distributor to pay my way through college, so I've gotten to like Coors a lot. But their ad campaign is seriously lame.
Spent the budget, gave it all away
To that ignoramus
Signed up Kid Rock, man this guy's a waste
But he's oh-so-famous

And we got to do something, see our sales start to fall
It's a Rocky Mountain Waste, that we don't push the taste at all

Well we got us some twins and they'll market our brew
Sales rise every day, cuz their breasts are ample
Ad men are plastered, director is drunk, CEO's trashed today
No more free beer samples

And we got to do something, see our sales start to fall
It's a Rocky Mountain Waste, that we don't push the taste at all

Karlando, don't be offended but I couldn't resist. I wrote a parody about you to the tune of Freddie Mercury's 'The Great Pretender', it appears tomorrow. I don't mean a word of it of course and I state so in the comment section, but I really couldn't resist. I hope you take it in good humor.....

Laurence: It takes quite a bit to offend me. It's kinda my belief that if you get offended easilly, you got too much little stuff you're worrying about. You're stuff's usually really good, so I think it'll be fine. I don't know the original, so I'll probly have to go out and find it.
