The Lyrics

Comments people, comments! I need comments. You hated it? Write a comment. You loved it? Write a bunch of comments!
My mind is clearer now
That last
Oil well
It is why
We all eat
Freedom fries
If you strip away
The truth
From the lies
That is why
We now eat
Freedom fries

Your brain has been on leave
These words that you do speak
You think that we believe
They'll get democracee-hee!

And when the war is done
Can there be a way?
Will you have the results to
back the things you say?

Listen Dubya
Your brain's the size of a pea
Are you sure you can trust Dick Cheney
And remember
He's been with Haliburton all along
You are often called a liar
They think you're preaching to the choir
They won't elect you when they find you're wrong

I remember when this whole mess began
You made an axis of Iraq and Iran
And believe me
Your connection 'tween them was a lie
And every word you say today
Another tax cut's on the way
And we'll impeach you when the market's dry

Dubya Bush
The famous son
Should have stuck to having fun
Embarass dad by doing drugs
Empty beer mugs
Marijuanna, coke was best
Cheat upon his substance test
He'd have caused nobody harm
No one'd be bombed

Listen Dubya, can you count up to ten?
If you can't, why're you leading our men?
Iraq's occupied
Have you forgotten how put down we are?
Those Iraqis in the crowd
Their booing's starting to get loud
And you'll f**k up if you go too far
If you go too far

Listen Dubya I know you ain't smart
But try to think 'bout the wars that you start
And it's sad that we can't see where the warheads are
All your followers are blind!
Don't know what they've got behind
Saddam was evil and he's out of power
The people've gone sour
Ah --- ah ah ah --- ah
George Dubya, they've all gone sour

Listen Dubya I know you ain't smart
But try to think 'bout the wars that you start
So come on, come on, listen to me.
Ah --- ah
Come on, listen, listen to me.
Com on and listen to me
Ah --- ah

I wrote this a while ago and it is interesting to go back and reread it. I'm actually surprised at how well it paces... Amazing that this was written such a while ago, but these are still the issues everyone is talking about. I did hope to hear some more comments on my work, but I suppose that's fine. It's also encouraging that I have recieved near perfect scores with the exception of the two clowns who gave me straight 1's for undoubtably non-political reasons. Whatever. I still like this one.
