Parody Song Title:

"Crushing My Empties"

Parody Written by:

Alvin Rhodes

The Lyrics

looking out at the load gushing out, its unreal
looking back at the beers gone by
threw the empties in the field
here's sixty five and there's seventeen
here's a hundred twenty one
i suppose i should crush them now
i start crushing on

crushing on...crushing my empties
crushing on...all i find
crushing on...crushing every last one
but i'm running behind

got to do what i can just to keep my lawn alive
guess i kinda abused it
i hope that the grass will survive
here's sixty nine, and there's twenty one
i must haul this load i've thrown
i don't know when this lawn turned into the heap i'm on

crushing on...crushing my empties
crushing on...all i find
crushing on...crushing every last one
but i'm running behind

everywhere i throw...everywhere they go
people see no reason i should heave
i just throw around any can i see
if i drink all night...toss 'em left and right
and i can make quite a pile before i leave

looking out at the load gushing out, its unreal
i suppose i'll collect 'em all
jump like crazy on my heels
i look around for the cans i gave a hurl to, i'm nearly through
losing strength in my thighs, i'll stop this crushing soon

crushing on...crushing my empties
crushing on...all i find
crushing on...crushing every last one
but i'm running behind

heavy, are all these empties
i've stowed away all i could find
observe the sticky ground...in the sun, it will shine
you know i think i will mow...lawn, i'm hoping to find
crushing cans is all done...i have left them behind

"Alvin The Crusher" sounds like a wrestler...Very Well done, and I'll bet your favorite movie is "Cannery Row"...5's

For some reason this parody strikes me as incredibly twisted.......just the way I like 'em, too, so 5's.

Alvin, you've brought back memories of the empty lot across from my parents' house where I used to dispose of my empties.

If this were a movie, I'd rate it PG. Since it's a parody I'll rate it MT. (Mature Tossers) I added up all the cans you numbered in this parody and the total came to... Yeah you guessed it... 555.

5s from me too Alvin, because it fit so well to the OS - I could hear JB singing it

Very good issue to write a parody about. I'll be by to collect the cans shortly. At $.08 a lb., sounds like a veritable payday in your yard! 5's

We just throw them in a big pile and drive over them a few times... less energy expended... :-)

545, a goofy idea given its complete humor possibilities. No one can write anymore parodies about tin can collecting, OK? :)
