This parody is all about my favorite segment of the David Letterman show. I have several Top 10 List books dating from the early 1990s, and they are still funny although some of the topics, such as Dan Quayle, boycotting General Electric (GE) and Bill Clinton, are now dated. Enjoy!

nice tribute....i used to regularly tape the show and watch it the next day cause it was on too late for me...top ten segments were the best !

Thanks Alvin, your comments are always appreciated. FYI, I got the idea for this parody when I was waiting to (belatedly) have snow tires put onto my car and the OS was playing on the radio in the tire store. I was also reading a circa-1993 David Letterman Top-10 list book that I had brought from home, and thanks to the fact that I memorized the OS' lyrics as a small child, I wrote the parody down on a piece of notepaper. I got onto Amiright and plugged it into the "Submit a parody" feature upon returning home.

Thanks Stuart, Letterman is one of the best commedians in my opinion, although he lacks the huge car collection and associated automotive knowledge of his rival Jay Leno.
