Too bad you ran out of song - You could have added the fact that for some freak of nature they are tornado magnets. Very well done. Loved the Springer, NASCAR & Peoples Court refs. You have the sterotype well pegged. So what do they call a trailer park person on a motorcycle?

Motorized white trash. pa-dum-dump. tscccchhhh!

And they think fast food is hitting a deer at 60 MPH with their pick-up trucks to quote Jeff Foxworthy.

This author can appreciate the humor here as he has lived in a trailer park when he was a low ranking USAF airman and could not afford anything else. And yes I had neighbors just as your parody describes. 5 sheets of skirting for your home on wheels satire.

Guy- I did my time as well and my wife has a brother (oops, contractor) that likes to wallow in it. It's one thing to make it quick stop on your way to something better, but as a lifestyle? Thanks for the kudos.

No Joe - I don't think that is what is going on. It's just a slow day. This seems to happen when the "New Entry" selections are light. Don't sweat it. You can always put this into a comp and it will get more exposure later.

Dave- Not heard of Gordon Lightfoot? Well, he is Canadian and had his fame during the '70's. Other songs by him include The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, Carefree Highway, If You Could Read My Mind. Kind of troubadour-ish like Pete Seeger, Roger Whittaker, etc.
