I'm not 100% convinced on the pacing in parts, but other than that, it's dead good :-)

Yeah, only some problems with pacing, but not enough to deprive you of straight 5's.
I can't gurantee the pacing, either (not familiar enough with the song to check), but this was a rather great and grim tale, worthy of Poe. (Disco-Poe!?) Not bad at all.
