Those techies said the world would end with Y2K
And so I built this little bunker just to hide away
But then no planes fell from the sky
And I began to wonder why

Why should that be?
Why did I yearn for global chaos?
Could it really set me free?
Because I knew I would survive
I could keep myself alive
In my bunker which is really well equipped and fortified.

I could enjoy the thrill of seeing all those techies bite the dust
They were the ones who said they didn't need me anymore
But did I just give up?
