in a little while from now
if i'm not feeling any willpower
i promised myself, i'd force myself
to chew on some cauliflower
my eating's gotta stop...my weight's coming off
in an effort to...lose a pound or two
i will put less food on my platter
quit having more desserts, though it hurts
there's people saying
"he's had enough...he giving up
his plate has food remaining"
self-discipline i've shown...cause all the pants i own
outgrown again...naturally

to think that yesterday, i was clearly overweight
looking forward to a meal or two
i really loved to stuff my face
but as if to knock me down...obesity came around
and i couldn't bluff...i had ate too much
by the way that my pants squeeze me
i am busting out and it hard to breathe, oh mercy
but if i had some pants to fit
i don't think they would hurt me
a diet's what i need...my pant's ain't fitting me
outgrown again...naturally

it seems to me that there are more pants
busted in the seat that can't be mended
i'm so offended....what can i do ?...what can i do ?

looking back over my rear...its a large one, it appears
i remember i cried when i zipped my fly
and it only went up to here
i'm barely eight years old and i can't see my toes
now i understand my weight's out of hand
by all the food i've taken
leaving me so large with a gut that's outward pokin'
despite encouragement from ma, my heart is clearly broken
as i melt away...my pants may fit someday
outgrown again...naturally...outgrown again...naturally
