| Original Song Title: | "She's Actin' Single (I'm Drinkin' Doubles)" |
| Original Performer: | Gary Stewart |
| Parody Song Title: | "I'm Eatin' Pringles, Munchos, And Ruffles" |
| Parody Written by: | Billy Boyd |
I've tried eating fat free popcorn,
fruit, and peanuts that's salt free
I'd like to say that's good enough
but I'm only foolin' me
I recall a beloved snack
and at Wal-Mart, they're all there
I sure need to satisfy this hunger
and no way, am I gonna share
I'm eatin' Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
Their delicious taste
is worth the heart trouble
An ice, cold Pepsi
with it's fizzy bubbles
to drink with my Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
Exercise and yucky food
they ain't worth being thin
My dietician will surely fuss
but I ain't here to please him
I am weak, he'll probably yell
I need to be more strong
It ain't my fault I'm addicted
'cause no one can just one
So, I'm eatin' Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
Their delicious taste
is worth the heart trouble
An ice, cold Pepsi
with it's fizzy bubbles
to drink with my Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
fruit, and peanuts that's salt free
I'd like to say that's good enough
but I'm only foolin' me
I recall a beloved snack
and at Wal-Mart, they're all there
I sure need to satisfy this hunger
and no way, am I gonna share
I'm eatin' Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
Their delicious taste
is worth the heart trouble
An ice, cold Pepsi
with it's fizzy bubbles
to drink with my Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles
Exercise and yucky food
they ain't worth being thin
My dietician will surely fuss
but I ain't here to please him
I am weak, he'll probably yell

It ain't my fault I'm addicted

So, I'm eatin' Pringles,

Their delicious taste

An ice, cold Pepsi

to drink with my Pringles,
Munchos, and Ruffles

See your back on track, Billy.....good food spoofing, to one of my favorite old classic country tunes..
Thanks AFW. I really appreciate it. And yeah, the OS was a great REAL country song, as was many of Gary Stewart's songs, though he never really was mainstream, it was good stuff.
