They ain't back to normal yet

Huge hurricanes roared in like trains, and left mean tracks
They caused suspense for residents, who watched their backs
'Told evacuate, but some would wait
Their courage got'em thru

Those heartbreak winds may come again, in another year
And those strong willed, who will rebuild, deserve a cheer
They've passed the test and shown their best
