Apparently, there is a contingent here at Amiright that wants to see the West Coast hit by a nuke
The Hwasong-14 (KN 20) can theoretically hit all of the Continental US which means Phoenix too ;-)
But LA or San Fran gives Un more bang for his nuke buck, so I ain't worried about Phoenix. Besides even if Phoenix is nuked, we'll just think summer has returned ;)
