Parody Song Title:

"Dubba the Yooh"

Parody Written by:

John Harvey

Yeah, I'm just begging for low scores now. Who cares? I think it's funny.
Deep in the heart of Wash. D.C.
Republicans dance and play
You'll find a whole bunch of corrupted guys
Who owe favors to Kenny Lay

His father, named George Bush at the head
With Condi who worked with crude
There's Karl and Cheney and there's Powell
But most of all, Dubba the Yooh

Dubba the Yooh, Dubba the Yooh
Ignoramus, Dad was famous
Drank too much
He's Dubba the Yooh, Dubba the Yooh
Barely conscious montrous ol' pres.

And low and behold a low score! I'm shocked! By the way, thanks for your insightful comment. It really helped me to become a better parodist, ya jerk!

It IS funny! I might have used "Colin" in place of "Karl" for the correct syllable count, and I would have put "drank too much" on the same line as "Ignoramus, Dad was famous" for clarity (I had to read it twice before I figured out the pacing). Other than that, though, not bad - you commie subversive anti-American you! ;)

Aw, shucks. You flatter me. ;)

Not bad, John - montrous? Of Enron's campaign contributions, 73% went to Republicans and 27% went to Democrats. Of the total of $2.5 million contributed in 2000, $1.8 million went to Republicans and $0.7 million went to Democrats. It didn't seem to do Enron a lot of good; but to the extent that it did, you can probably find corruption on both sides of the Senate aisle.

You know as well as I do that it was supposed to be "monstrous". ;) I knew that Dems took money from Enron as well, but Republicans still get more of their campaign money from big buisinesses.

That was stupid! Why do you always pick on Geoge W., don't you think it's time for someone else?
