As years went on, he became a handgun control and anti-gun violence activist. After Cheney shot his lawyer friend last year, Jim Brady basically called Cheney an idiot.

Wel, I echo Kristof's opinion. . .My big quibble over Cheney is his failure to support his lesbian daughter and flip flopping on gay marriage to support Bush over his own daughter. I personally thought that was wrong, but alas it is the Politics Way of doing things. . .support what's popular not what's best for your family.
