The Lyrics

Fiddle with the lumen
Grafting human cells that I can find
Creature thing has no name
Ah, but I'm renowned as Frankenstein

Hallway's clogged with stinkin' limbs
Of ugly people that have died
Think I'll choose a spine
If I can find one not decalcified

Can you help me, help me find a brain?
Oh yeah

I need some bolts of lightning
To bring to life the creature's mind
I can tweak the zings that take crude craftiness
And cups of brine

Naked ogre cries for bride
So it won't lapse, unsatisfied
Lasting bliss, it cannot feel
'Cause love and glee have no appeal

And so as my fear is heard
Hell-thing-dude now-ow is my fate
I tell you, "Don't create life"
I should have known, but it's too late

I saw several versions of that movie - works well with Black Sabbath

Not nice Mother Nature fool with. That's what you get when you try to play God. Wonder what God thinks when he sees how his creations have turned out. The downside of playing with genetics has always been a favorite topic of mine. You have handled it superbly, too.

Thanks, guys!

Real attempts were made during WW2 by the SS technical branch towards both resurrection technology and artificial life forms in the lab. The former was to gain intelligence from the recently dead and the latter to attack Allied soldiers as a hostile bio-organism. 555!

Leough, I had never given Black Sabbath much space until I listened to them to evaluate your parody. I was quite surprised, moreso by your tale above. Good job!

Great idea, brilliantly executed. I can almost see the hairy, disoriented, shambling figure...

..hold on a sec.. that's Ozzy

Ah - Phil stole my joke. Liked the decalcified spine line.

Yeah, Phil said what I would have said.

Peregrin - Are you kidding? Have a listen to War Pigs & Fairies Wear Boots from the same LP. Apart from the corny Iron Man, it's a classic rock album.
