Song Parodies -> Dong Supporter
| Original Song Title: | "On The Border" |
| Original Performer: | Al Stewart |
| Parody Song Title: | "Dong Supporter" |
| Parody Written by: | Johnny D |
His itching gropes go down to floss his steaming sword-er
Struggling un-der boxer-tops to Mannish quarters
His skin ripped-up, he wails so loud
His own tube fails, he thunders "OW !!"
Girds his rifle
in a silver
Dong Supporter
( Brief Spanish-guitar instrumental )
He's enthralled, the codpiece on his lap is stunning
Some laugh at how he rend-ers socks so strangely cunning
His crotch it wears cup-skin so tight
A manly yet alarming sight
Has led the nerds
to hose-inflating
Dong Supporters
( Brief Spanish-guitar instrumental )
In the village where he grew up
Stuffing seems so lame
Still you never see him change from ways too vain
(And) No-one noticed his new custom hip-array
( Long Spanish-guitar instrumental )
Late last night his brain was talking Esperanto
It proved he was The Lone Ranger and even Tonto
He bought five raw clowns trimmed in meat
For spearing of the wenchery
Swelling up fat,
weirdo wearing
Dong Supporter
( Brief Mannish-guitar instrumental )
In the Highlands where he grew up
Tartans seem the same
They're just the patterns that are claimed
In every glen
Butt-hair's a dangerous affair for kilted men
( Dong Mannish-guitar instrumental )
His swishing poke goes down to floss his steamy sword-er
Struggling un-der Scottish-boxers' clannish border
A grin's lit up his face so proud
His gross tune wails, he sung so loud
Squirms a trifle
in his silver
Dong Supporter

Excellent title and parody! "Late last night his brain was talking Esperanto It proved he was The Lone Ranger and even Tonto" LOL!
beautifully twisted scribblin'
I support this parody...very uplifting and humorous
Very jockular. 5s
Thanks Rick, Alvin, AFW, and JB.
TMGLTM; e.g. "spearing of the wenchery" - I like this kind of wordplay. Fives, and missed ya - glad ta see ya back!
Glad to see you back too...I always enjoy your parodies - this one I really enjoyed. 5's
I used to love the whole "Year Of The Cat" album, JD, and had forgotten this song, so it was nice to hear the OS again - I can see why you did it - "Dong Supporter" is an absolute classic sub - LOL - 555
Rick already mentioned my favorite line, though "Butt-hair's a dangerous affair for kilted men" was awesome too. Long Dong Silver, five votes TODAY!. Glad to see you back as well.
Thanks TT, Pat, Stu, and Red Ant. It's great to be back amongst y'all !
This pricked my funny bone. Too many great lines to mention.
Thanks, PMS.
(ABC3D) See above!
(ABC3) Supremely goofy work. 555. Glad to have heard this song for the first time (the music suspiciously sounds like Ben Folds Five...)
(ABC3-D) Even though I don't know what the hell this is on about (AGAIN...please don't hit me), the tight pacing and general obscurity (to me) of it all will place you high when I'm choosing who to vote for. Well done, Johnny!
"Steamt sword-er", "custom hip-array"...you sure have a way with words, JS. Goofy classic. 555
(ABC3D) - Great subs in this!
(ABC3-D) Oh my lord, JD. I honestly can't remember many other parodies that had me laughing as hard as this one. You had me at "codpiece," which I've always thought was a funny-sounding word, but definitely TMGLTM.
Aye Johnny, butt-hair is a dangerous affair for kilted man, so is not giving fives to deserving parodies!
Can't say I really understood this one, but that's because it's outside my genre and I don't even know what a dong is. Perhaps shorthand for donkey kong (lol)? But this is a good piece of satire. -- MM
Thanks Red Ant, Agrimorfee, bobpiecheese, Kristof, Rick, Cat, Matthias, and Michael. Michael -- a dong is a dual-purpose male appendage, often protected by an athletic "supporter", hence the title of this parody.
(ABC3D) as I said above, I know the OS well, but I didn't know I knew it SO well until I read this, which is testament to your amazingly close subs, and I loved "Butt-hair's a dangerous affair for kilted men"
Some may refer to their dong as Donkey Kong...not out of the realm of believability. Nicely done.
Belated thanks, Stuart & Jeff.
