My hair is also full blown curl. I had it straightened years ago with something so strong it left blood blisters in my scalp. I was combing it on the way home, and a couple of them popped from the comb and blood was dripping down my face. On top of that, it sprang back to it's curly self before I got home. Great song, AKA, 5's across

Nice job, Ash...5''s ~ ~ ~ Now, WAY back in the early 1970's I had really long hair...very curly and wavy - it still managed to come down well below my shoulders. But one day, probably under the influence of some mind-deadening substance, I allowed a friend who did a bit of hair-styling to try to straighten my locks. They came halfway down my back...for about a half an hour...then slowly started to curl back up into their usually format...experiment ended...but much more happily than some of the "hairy-er" experiences I read in the above comments.
