| Parody Song Title: | "I'm Dating An Acne-Faced Girl" |
| Parody Written by: | Paul Robinson |
Well, I'm starting to look back at the 'Stones "Beggar's Banquet" album for material. Here's one - 1st time this OS has been used on the site.
I'm dating a girl who has zits all on her face
I'm dating this girl who has pimples everyplace
People everywhere stop and stare
Starin' at my acne-faced girl
Braces on this girl 'cause her teeth aren't very straight
Graceless is this girl, no, her balance isn't great
When we dance she falls on her face
Painful for that acne-faced girl
[Instrumental break]
Tasteless is this girl; none of her clothes fit her right
IQ not too high; no, she isn't very bright
And her hair is a fright
People "diss" my acne-faced girl
"Why do you date her", is a question I get asked
"Being with that girl, it must be an awful task
Should be wearing a mask"
But I love my acne-faced girl
{Yeah!}

PS - her complexion wasn't THAT bad...and she had a real heart of gold...PPS - I'M the one that got dumped...lol...

Thanks, alvin!
Looks like what she had, besides that heart of gol, was a ton of self-confidence.....doesn't hurt. : ) 5's
Yeah, she really did. A very capable young woman, actually...Hell, she was way too young for me anyway...lol...
Good source material; good parody. 5s
Thanks, JB...working on more pieces from "Banquet". Tougher sledding than some other albums I've worked with, but it's not like I'm on any deadline or anything.
