This is my parody version of Alabama Song (Whiskey Bar) by The Doors called Scandinavia Song (Nordic Pop), which talks about Scandinavian artists, including ABBA of Sweden, M2M of Norway, MLTR (or Michael Learns To Rock) of Denmark and others. However, many of Scandinavian artists are not commonly popular in North America, but they do in Europe and the Far East including China, Malaysia, Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines. Only ABBA can chart its singles in North America.

As the recident Swede here I have one question - M2M, huh? Marion Raven, huh? Play, huh? (OK, so that was three questions, deal with it!). :-)

DKTOS but I like your lyrics. Reading this made me proud to be a Scandinavian! We have seen a lot of great artists and bands come and go through the years. I'm from Norway and Lene Marlin is probably our biggest and most successful singer today.
