Parody Song Title:

"The Software Support Saga of Bangalore Man"

Parody Written by:

Paul Robinson

As many of you already know many Company's have moved their Phone Support Call Centers to India and other places outside the Continental U.S. Here is a what a sample call for help might sound like these days:
Hey, Bangalore Man
Help if you can
Bangalore Man

Hey, Bangalore Man
Help if you can
Bangalore Man

Was having trouble with the software that I used
The guy who got my call he sounded rather new
My Bangalore friend could not help me but I tried not to be rude

So I said to him
"Hey, Bangalore Man
If you can't help
Find one who can"

"Hey, Bangalore Man
Give me a hand
Here is my plan"

He said "So tell me now, what program are you in?"
"The one that you support" I curtly said to him
With his reply to me I knew I could not win

Then I said to him
"Hey, Bangalore Man
Don't think you can
Help me here, man"

"Hey, Bangalore Man
I'm in a jam
Please understand"

The phone rep said to me, "Be patient with me now
Just try to stay calm; would you please not have a cow?"
When I heard this response I could not help but howl.

So I said to him
"Say, Bangalore Man
Please transfer me
To a new man"

"Hey, Bangalore Man
I'm angry, man
This I can't stand"

" Eh? Computer Man
You're clueless, man
Hear my demand"

"Pray tell my good man
Could someone else
Give me a hand?"

"Nay, Bangalore Man
Not the right man
Need a new plan...."

Ooh, so funny and true! An almost word for word conversation like this took place when I was "helped".

"He said "So tell me now, what program are you in?"
"The one that you support" I curtly said to him ."

"Just try to stay calm; would you please not have a cow?""

was "JUST CLICK 'SWITCH'" for me. All 5's and more if I could...lol
