Recently, Tom Cruise didn't have much to celebrate for his 50th B-Day due to Katie Holmes announcement of their divorce. Since she signed a prenup that cut her out of his fortune she will not get much money out of him but will probably get custody b/c Suri lives more in NY than LA. This was Cruise's third failed marriage after Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman. Scientology probably was the reason- its a weird cult and Cruise is a nutcase off-screen!

Formula: Katie married him and had his kid. Tom was on the Forbes magazine list of richest men. Tom turned 50. He's religious - therefore she can claim he was controling. What do you think the outcome will be? It is interesting that you chose a Beatle song because this looks like a repeat of Paul vs. Heather. By the way, just because someone belongs to an oddball religion doesn't mean he's crazy. I know a lot of Mormans and Christian Scientists etc and they are as normal as we are.
