News is leaking out about Iran's complaint of foreign UAVs violating its airspace in numbers recently. They are most likely Israeli UAVs scouting for Iran's nuke locations and activities, but also may have some US new tech flying like the rumored Thunderjack UCAV. Although the US does not operate the F-117 anymore, rumor has it that Israel aquired several and also that the Israelis have been working on their own stealth fighter- the Seraph for decades. Germany also is helping Israel with stealth frigate tech.
