| Parody Song Title: | "Every Seventeen Years" |
| Parody Written by: | 2Eagle |
I saw the mess today, oh boy!
The party poopers came to life this year -
And though they hatched two years before -
They're back again this year,
They're floating in our beer.
I thought I'd go out to a bar -
I didn't notice the unhappy hour.
The red eyed boogers climed the walls,
While men cried in their beer.
It wasn't a successful year,
They played for the Chicago Bears -
I'd like to turn you on - (Wisconsin, on Wisconsin......)
I saw the game today, oh boy!
The Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl.
A cloud of insects came our way -
They spoiled the victory dance -
With their resonance -
I'd like to gross you out - (bzzzzrrrrrbzzzzzrrrr.....)
Woke up, bugs in my bed,
Crawling all around my head.
Tiptoed 'round the bugs and found my cup -
Looking down, they were floating in my tea.
Logged onto the internet,
Recipes for bugs omlette!
Rushed into the loo and had to puke -
Too many bugs made the toilet overflow.
Eeeeeeuuuuuuuwwwwww!
Eeeeeeuuuuuuuwwwwww!
Eeeeeeuuuuuuuwwwwww!
I saw the news today, oh boy!
Ten billion bugs in Sheboygan, Wisconsin -
And though the bugs were rather small,
They had to count them all -
Now they know how many bugs
It takes to fill the Rose Bowl.
I'd like to gross you out.......

The Locusts are here! It's the apocalypse!
How often do you get to say Sheboygan in a parody? 555

Oh, is it "Damn Cicada Time" again? (Yes, that was a shameless plug for one of my own parodies.) McKludge: Are you laying down the gauntlet? Let's see, what rhymes with "Sheboygan"...
fun concept...one that you don't get to use very often...drove me buggy with laughter
June, 2004 - was it that long ago? The Los Angeles Times says they are hatching again this summer. I know it isn't football season, but I'm a Packers fan and had to mention that, so sue me!
