So his physician,
Gave him diet medicine.
So he pops the pill.

So as he's getting ready to yell,
He eats a burrito

Back in piggy pen,
Joseph's tummy fits right in.
Can't tell them apart.
Made up of all farts,

To the fat that seems to stay.
He hates his behind.
Looking all the time

But as he dwells upon all his chub,
He eats up a brownie.
