| Parody Song Title: | "Teflon Don" |
| Parody Written by: | Airfarcewon |
Teflon Don,
So slick, crimes could not stick on
Was the wisest of the wise guys for a while
Till Sammy G. "The Rat"
Fingered him in court right where he sat
Then, he swapped Brioni suits for prison style..
At fourty-five bossed the mafia mob, "Gambino"
Ate at all the best restaurants, drank fine vino..
Was the real king of Queens, struttin' streets and shakin' hands
Who'd believe that he was such a murderous man?
With his dapper ways, folks called him Teflon Don
The smoothest mobster law ever laid eyes on
He took care of Castellano with six shots
And planted lots more guys in graveyard plots
(But) Teflon Don lost the luck he floated on
Just another sentenced racketeering guy
Though, he would escape the chair,
Sent to Marion, Illinois..where
Of cancer, at age sixty-one, he'd die
So slick, crimes could not stick on
Was the wisest of the wise guys for a while
Till Sammy G. "The Rat"
Fingered him in court right where he sat
Then, he swapped Brioni suits for prison style..
At fourty-five bossed the mafia mob, "Gambino"
Ate at all the best restaurants, drank fine vino..
Was the real king of Queens, struttin' streets and shakin' hands
Who'd believe that he was such a murderous man?
With his dapper ways, folks called him Teflon Don
The smoothest mobster law ever laid eyes on
He took care of Castellano with six shots
And planted lots more guys in graveyard plots
(But) Teflon Don lost the luck he floated on
Just another sentenced racketeering guy
Though, he would escape the chair,
Sent to Marion, Illinois..where
Of cancer, at age sixty-one, he'd die

5s for a parody as slick as its target. :-)

Thanks, Stan and Peregrin
HEY-E OVAH 'EAH, HUH? Whose is yous kiddin' wit? Dat Don guy sold tupperware an' even had dem dere tupeper thingy parties. He wuz a punk. I'm da real teflon Don an' dey won't be puttin' none a dose sissy azz jumper suitz on me - ya got that. Omaha? 2-LOUD outta 'eah!
YEAH! Finally one of my favorite writers does a mob parody. I applaud this no matter what (2-LOUD) says. He's going through some kind of male change of life. Pay him no 'tension. Keep 'em comin' Farce, but then that is what I like about you. We never know what you will come up with but it is invariably well done.
Thanks to Carmine, (who told I was hidin' out in Omaha? Oh well, so much for the witless protection program) and thanks, Guy
