The Lyrics
This song was written by Smokey Robinson during a three day period when he was so into Martial Arts he actually changed his name to Uke Robinson ... On a less serious vein, I did Judo for years as a child. Now after a mere 45 year interlude, one of my younglings is doing BJJ. All foreign words are mainly names of Judo throwing techniques; except that "Somomana" is a referee's command to contestants to "Freeze" on the mat so that he can check for illegal holds. (As an added bonus, it seems to track "na na NA na" really well)

*Uchi Mata is the queen of throwing techniques, especially for the Japanese .... Other throws mentioned .. Osoto Gare, one of the first throws you learn and Tai Otoshi, a devastating, fast moving throw. You find yourself on the mat before you even knew what hit you.
