I was sitting in a Chevron station,
Considering my destination.
Pumping gas into my bike while dragging on a Lucky Strike;
I thought it was a harmless lark ... until I dropped a single spark.

This was a boring day for me.
I worked at the truck fac-tory.
Then went to fill up my Harley, and smoke a cigarette or three

I realized I'd been such a fool;
The spark I dropped ignited fuel.
The gas station blew up on me and launched me up above the trees
Who cares about the things I see? The fall will be the death of me!
