| Parody Song Title: | "Bleep! The Mets! Part 2" |
| Parody Written by: | Melanie Lee |
The New York Mets have done it again--this time, with the 3am firing of manager Willie Randolph. Once again, what time is it? It's Mets-bleeping time!
Bleep! The Mets! Bleep! The Mets!
Once again, say, “Bleep! The Mets!”
What an insult! What a slight!
Can’t that baseball team do anything right?
Willie got canned at 3 a.m.—what a foul!
Is he a vampire? Is he an owl?
East Coast, West Coast—
Quick! Backstabbing coming down!
Those wimpy, sneaky, weas’ly Mets
Have shamed their town!
Bleep! The Mets! Bleep! The Mets!
Randolph couldn’t keep the Mets!
Such a copout! Such disgrace!
Leaves Mets ownership with egg on their face!
Last year, the Yankees’ Torre out on his ear!
Now coaching Dodgers—give him a cheer!
East Coast, West Coast—
Man, go west, and settle down!
Could Willie Randolph coach some team
In Tinseltown?
In Tinseltown?
Once again, say, “Bleep! The Mets!”
What an insult! What a slight!
Can’t that baseball team do anything right?
Willie got canned at 3 a.m.—what a foul!
Is he a vampire? Is he an owl?
East Coast, West Coast—
Quick! Backstabbing coming down!
Those wimpy, sneaky, weas’ly Mets
Have shamed their town!
Bleep! The Mets! Bleep! The Mets!
Randolph couldn’t keep the Mets!
Such a copout! Such disgrace!
Leaves Mets ownership with egg on their face!
Last year, the Yankees’ Torre out on his ear!
Now coaching Dodgers—give him a cheer!
East Coast, West Coast—
Man, go west, and settle down!
Could Willie Randolph coach some team
In Tinseltown?
In Tinseltown?

Pretty good. No doubt the Pacholek and the Power brigade will leave comments soon!
lol...good one....i remember when the mets used to be LOVABLE when they lost
Glad you didn't wake me up at 3 AM to make me read this! I still cannot contain my glee over how bad the Three Stooges (Fred & Jeff Wilpon, and Omar Minaya) made themselves look. Wake the kiddies and wake the wife, to witness all this Flushing overnight strife!
Indeed, I'll try to submit mine tomorrow.
