Oh my god.... how perfectly does the subject matter of this parody fit the original song? I laughed the whole way through this. I can even see this being re-enacted by Gaddafi and his chums, Monty Python-stylee, as I read it. Possibly my favourite one today - please take some 555s for a top job! This is a good parody but I question some of the allegations here. Ronnie Reagan referred to him as the Mad DOG of the Middle East, not Mad Man. That jive about the gay porn - that sounds a little outrageous. Supposedly porn was found in Osama bin Laden's lair. Doesn't something sound a little contrived here? Calculated, like propaganda? Yes, Gadhafi is eccentric, dangerous and ruthless but REALLY? That stuff about golden showers - come ON. Are they trying to pull our legs? I know the female bodyguards are a fact. Condi Rice in a photo album? She's butt-ugly. Yick!

It was the media that started to call him the "Madman of the Middle East" during the current crisis and Gay porn WAS found at his compound (not any soldiers', maybe one of his son's) along with the Golden Mermaid furniture and Condi photo album (which has been confirmed as his- apparently he had an obsession with her). It is also known that he raped some of his female bodyguards, the Green Nuns and performed bizarre sexual acts, hiring African dancers and whores to entertain him, including the alleged golden showers. He has claimed to be African too and dressed in outrageous colorful Skittles outfits for a Colonel!!! He was and is nuts!!! But he's OK....

Hi Rob. I read what you posted here and I thought maybe some these ideas are true. After all, the media does like to overdo and inflate some aspects in a story. One time NBC created an image of Jesus that didn't fit any historical evidence. Sometimes the media creates romances or other rumors, and I don't mean just the tabloids either. Now that you mention it, maybe one of Muammar's son is gay. I know Condi visited Tripoli when Libya reestablished relations with the USA. Gadhafi's government was not totalitarian but he DOES have an ego bigger than the planet Jupiter and since rape is a crime of controlling, not of passion then I wouldn't put the notion of him raping some bodyguards past him. As for hiring dancers there's plenty of African despots who do that. He certainly dresses in Sgt. Pepper getup sometimes - at least that's more interesting than the ol' suit and tie. As for being "African", Libya is in North Africa. He's Arabic but maybe he has Black African blood too. I have Native American ancestry but I appear to be white. Still, Gadhafi is a bastard, he's the Loony of Libya and he is mercurial but he is dangerous. I was thinking back to 1991 when Bush #1 said that Saddam Hussein was "worse than Hitler".
