| Parody Song Title: | "Cinderella" |
| Parody Written by: | sloatead |
let's see, i parodied the drum solo on "the end", the instrumental part of "shaft", what can i possibly do to top the craziness of that?
This is a story all about Cinderella
She had two wicked stepsisters, maybe three
Her stepmother was cruel to poor Cinderella
And in her corner she would wish to be free
The steps don't like her a bit
They treat the poor girl like sh**
But one day soon vengeance will be Cinderella's
One day news came to the home of Cinderella
The prince announced that he was having a ball
And everyone was there except Cinderella
The invitation said to come one and all
And then her godmother came
A fairy, don't know her name
But with these words she helped out poor Cinderella
Bop bop, bip bip, bop bop, bip bip
Bop bop, bip, bop bop, biddy bop bop
Bop bop, bip bip, bop bop, bo bippity
Bip bip, bop bop, bip bip, bo boppity
Boo bop, biddy bop, bop bop
A grand entrance was made by our Cinderella
She was so beautiful, the steps didn't know
The prince was dancing only with Cinderella
But midnight came around and she had to go
The steps are having a fit
Because the glass slipper fit
Nobody else's foot but sweet Cinderella's
Sweet Cinderella, sweet Cinderella, Cind'rella
Cinderella, Cinderella-la
She had two wicked stepsisters, maybe three
Her stepmother was cruel to poor Cinderella
And in her corner she would wish to be free
The steps don't like her a bit
They treat the poor girl like sh**
But one day soon vengeance will be Cinderella's
One day news came to the home of Cinderella
The prince announced that he was having a ball
And everyone was there except Cinderella
The invitation said to come one and all
And then her godmother came
A fairy, don't know her name
But with these words she helped out poor Cinderella
Bop bop, bip bip, bop bop, bip bip
Bop bop, bip, bop bop, biddy bop bop
Bop bop, bip bip, bop bop, bo bippity
Bip bip, bop bop, bip bip, bo boppity
Boo bop, biddy bop, bop bop
A grand entrance was made by our Cinderella
She was so beautiful, the steps didn't know

Sweet Cinderella, sweet Cinderella, Cind'rella
Cinderella, Cinderella-la

Very few people know this song, but I do. I admire the attempt, but "Cinderella" Doesn't really cram well into "Auntie Grezelda" does it? Maybe include the "poor" in the title.
oh, sure, NOW you tell me :-P
Monkee tunes and fairy tales! What's not to love?
