The Lyrics

Words to follow are only the Echo voices, unless noted otherwise.
All the chips are down
For our Gov'nor, Gray
Davis gonna walk
That's what people say
I'll be votin' for him
On this recall day
California schemin'
Power-grabbin' play

Ooo - ooo - ooo
Long parade
Of Gov'nor Wanna-Be's
Gary Coleman's passé
Buffet likes Ar-nold
Knows he's in the fray
California teamin'

With candidates today (SOLO VOICE: Bustaman-tay!)

All this makes me frown
Not that I love Gray
Sixty million bucks
Wasted in this way
If he's a losin' feller
He could leave today
California screamin'

A Grand Ol' Party play
California reamin'
And now we'll have to pay
California seemin'
More crazy every day

I am a Californian who thinks the recall makes sense, but this is a good first parody, Yolanda. I like the line "Not that I love Gray." Sorry the "one-guy" got you.
