A ghastly pale right hand whose last name is Addams,
Slips through the air vents and under the doorjambs-
-of a grim mansion where "spooky" is king,

The Cat in the Hat brought this mischievous duo
A pair of miscreants called "Thing" one and "Thing" two(oh)
They're wrecking the place as the Cat with Hat sings,
that they're two more of his favorite "Things"
