"Tricksy Little Hobbitses Have Stolen Our Precious"

Parody Written by:

Adam Eccleshall

Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish
Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish

Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
If we wants to get it back
We may need to be vicious
Fatty's made it pretty clear
That he loathes and detests us
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious

Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish
Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish

Our precious was a birthday "gift"
When we were just a lad
Our best mate Deagol found it
'Twas the best catch he had had
He said we coudn't have it, so
We lashed out in a rage
Then he was happy for us, (oh
As far as we could gauge)

Those
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
If we wants to get it back
We may need to be vicious
Fatty's made it pretty clear
That he loathes and detests us
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious

Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish
Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish

That Bilbo geezer came into
Our quiet little cave
He found our dearest preciouses,
Its power he then craved
He took it back to Hobbiton
And hid it from his friends
Then gave it to his nephew when
It drove him round the bend

Those
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
If we wants to get it back
We may need to be vicious
Fatty's made it pretty clear
That he loathes and detests us
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious

Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish
Here, fishy, fishy, fishy, here, fishy fish

So now we're off to Mordor with
The Master and his pet
The podgy one will kill us if
The way we do forget
We'll take him off to Shelob
In her lair, he will be sealed
She'll stuff him in her mammoth gob,
He'll be a happy meal

Those
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
If we wants to get it back
We may need to be vicious
Fatty's made it pretty clear
That he loathes and detests us
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious

Those Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious
Tricksy little hobbitses have stolen our precious

It was good, but I think the chorus missed a few syllables.

I gave it fives because, while the chorus was 1 syllable short, the rest was FABulous...and the rating scale says "lots," not "perfect." And I also loved this line:

Then he was happy for us, (oh

As far as we could gauge)

Heehee!! =)

Gollum sings and Walt Disnae! Can't you just see him doing the loveable Cockney dance!

If you pronounce "our" with two syllables it isn't off. Great job, Adam!

The Shire´s alive, with the sound of Gollum.

"our" has two easily-sung syllables, works okay for me! 5's, very clever, very comprehensive, yess yess oh yess.

Thanks for the kind words guys :-)

My only complaint with this one is that you really should spell "Preciousss" with at least two "s"s, preferably three ;-) Nice one, Adam.
