I originally wanted to talk a lot of trash about my hometown, but I never really wrote anything over this song. I decided to do a simple Halloween song to this tune instead and it worked out so much better! As much as I hate Galveston, The original song always reminds me of what I like about the town

Apparently, you've stepped on the toes of a Halloween prankster-vandal. I remember this song well, so I know you're spot on with pacing
Halloween decorations showed up in the dollar stores in July this year. The haunted houses were open by Labor Day. Some churches held candy and costume parties a couple weeks ago. By the 31st, it's really all over. No one trick-or-treats in my neighborhood. Plus, the forecast is for snow tomorrow evening. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially on Dollar General's shelves.
