Joe Biden doesn't lie. Quite the opposite: His big problem is that sometimes he tells the truth when he really ought to keep it to himself.

I used 3 versions of TOS; to match the cited link, insert "Barack" before "Obama" and add a final line "Go, Joe!" To be fair, change "near zero" to "that's too low" and "dough that you blow" to "dough that you sow."
